1. About This Notice

This page sets out our Notice and Procedures for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

2. How to File a DMCA Notice

To be effective, your notification must be in writing and submitted to our Designated Agent. The notification must include all of the elements listed in the next section. Incomplete notifications may not be acted upon.

3. Required Information in Your Notice

Your written notification must include the following elements:

Ownership statement. A statement that you are the owner of the exclusive right you claim has been infringed, or a statement that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Statement under penalty of perjury. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate.
Identification of the copyrighted work. Identify the work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may submit one notification with a list of all allegedly infringed works.
Identification of the infringing material. Identify the material that you claim is infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it on the site (such as the URL of the page).
Your contact information. Your address, telephone number, fax number (if available), and a valid email address.
Rights-holder contact (if applicable). Contact information for the owner of the exclusive right that you claim has been infringed, if you are not the owner but are authorized to act on their behalf.
Good-faith statement. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

4. Our Response

granitedelaware.com will respond to all properly submitted DMCA complaints in a timely manner. Should you be the copyright holder of any content featured on this site without your permission, we will remove the material in a timely manner once we are properly notified.

We may also, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable access to or remove material claimed to be infringing, and terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
